Good question. Particular items will be sold out usually due to popularity or a limited quantity. We do our best to restock all of our popular items in an orderly fashion. However, we do like to constantly progress our style as well. So, certain items may no longer be available simply because of the seasonal trend shift or our distributors are completely out of stock. If that is the case, we just ask you to contact us about the particular item you desire. Please have patience or perhaps look for something else you like.


WHEN WEARING ALOHAKAPU, SHOULD I BE CONCERNED ABOUT ANY SIDE EFFECTS?

Yes. Possible side include but aren't limited to:  compliments, second glances, boost of confidence, and distinguished taste. With that said.. Please wear responsibly ;)


WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER? 

Typically, orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Shipments within Hawaii can take 3-5 business days. Shipments to the mainland can take 5-9 business days. International shipments can take 1-2 weeks. Please forgive us if your ordertake a little longer. We are on island time!  


THE ITEM I ORDERED DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PHOTO ON THE WEBSITE. WHY?

A majority of out products are designed and printed by hand. Naturally, there will be slight differences between each individual item. Try to think of it as a uniqueness that is one of a kind! Patterns on hats will vary per item.
